Meet the Owners
John Hester, President
John brings over 50 years of experience in the residential and commercial moving business, as well as being active in the Fort Wayne Community. As a child, John learned the delivery business working alongside his father in their family-owned business. His father was adamant about being reliable, punctual and personable; his goal was to always exceed the customers' expectations. From this experience and others, entrepreneurship has been a life-long passion of John's which drove him to purchase his first box-truck in the early 1990's and officially established Crossroads Courier, Inc. in 2001.
Patricia Hester, VP of Operations
Patricia is a Fort Wayne native and Indiana University graduate where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Throughout previous experiences, Patricia has developed an extensive background in human resources. Patricia manages the day-to-day operations of Crossroads' courier services.
